  1. All Sales Are Final
  2. You hold Obazaar Enterprises harmless from any loss or damage discovered fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase or being received from carrier. This period shall be considered to be a reasonable time within which to make any claim with respect to loss or damage incurred during transit or out of box failure.
  3. Returns will not be accepted without prior RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. The RMA is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After 14 days a new RMA must be obtained.
  4. Click on the Contact Us link and choose return merchandise to receive an RMA number.
  5. Please specify the problem so we can Repair or Replace the item. Options including refunds are at the sole discretion of Obazaar Enterprises and only dispensed in extreme situations.
  6. Please include your Name, Address, Phone Number and email address and best time to contact you so we can issue an RMA.
  7. Once RMA is issued Please ship the parts securely packaged, preferably in the original cartons, with pre-paid freight and insurance, to the address provided in the e-mail. Please make sure that the RMA Shipping label or number is visibly displayed on the box you return to us. Packages without the RMA label or number on the outside will be refused.
  8. Please ship only the defective part. Do not ship accessories, manuals, cables, diskettes or cd, etc. unless otherwise instructed in the Email. Limited warranty Terms and Conditions apply.
  9. Shipping estimates are just that estimates. It is not our intent to either profit or incur losses from shipping, handling and packaging.  Any losses or profit from shipping, handling and packaging will be absorbed by Obazaar Enterprises.
  10. Most orders ship F.O.B. California. We reserve the right to use alternative warehouses and suppliers in any event deemed suitable by Obazaar Enterprises.

  12. Orders are only shipped and delivered on business days. We do not ship on the weekend. Also, when you select Next Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout prior to entering your credit card information. After you enter your ship to information the shipment rate will be calculated for you.

If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.

Please note: Sometimes all items on an order are not in stock or not available from the same warehouse and/or distribution center. When this occurs we reserve the right to ship when all items are available from the same warehouse and/or distribution center. If this occurs we will contact you via email/phone and you have the option of choosing separate shipments which means you will incur separate shipping charges for each additional shipment.

It is impractical to update products in real time when manufacturers stop production and make parts unavailable. If a part is not in stock we will inform you by email/phone and await your decision as how to proceed. If the part is no longer available we routinely suggest other products and await your decision as how to proceed. This is not an endorsement of suggested products but merely an effort to serve our customers.

We do not accept responsibility for misjudgements on the part of the customer.


Before Obazaar Enterprises entertains request for an RMA for any other reason, the following criteria must be met.
  1. The product(s) are unopened in the original manufacturers box(es) in retail condition {no scratches, creases, writing, no tears, defacement, etc.}
  2. We require a detailed explanation as to why the product is being returned.
  3. Customer authorizes their account to be charged the inspection and restocking fee of $25 or 15% per unit whichever is higher. This is not negotiable.

If the returned product(s) do not match all applicable criteria listed above, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by Obazaar Enterprises. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and authorize Obazaar Enterprises charge all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse to your credit card.

Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions.
