    Due to the our large inventory mistakes will be made in product or shipping pricing.

    If you place an order and the price is not correct either due to market forces or incorrect data management.

The following process will occur:

• If the price is lower than stated you will be sold that item at the lower price.

• If the price is higher you will receive electronic mail sent to the email address you provided to determine whether or not you want the item at the higher price.

    We hope this does not tarnish your view of us but we cannot sell a $400.00 item at $40.00 due to a mistake. Although you would be happy, we would not be around very long to serve you and continue to provide the great values we do.

    It is impractical to update products in real time when manufacturers stop production and make parts unavailable. If a part is not in stock we will inform you by email/phone and await your decision as how to proceed. If the part is no longer available we routinely suggest other products and await your decision as how to proceed.

DOWNLOADS

    We do not provide refunds on downloads.  If you are unable to download a file it is usually a problem with the security settings on your browser.  Please contact us and we will do whatever possible to either attach the file to an email or find another avenue to get the download to you including physically sending the file to you at the customers cost.
